Long Term Player Development in Soccer (Football)
What can you expect to get from this course?
An A to Z pathway on how to develop a soccer (Football) player from the moment a Club or Academy opens the door for new players, to the moment they will be integrated on the main team.
We will focus on the three key processes of the Youth Soccer Development – Players Recruitment, Players Development and Players Management, assuming the concept “Academy Players Development as a Production Process”.
After this course, you will have the necessary information to be able to understand and lead a “Youth Football Development Process” in your Club or Academy.
