Overall, good. I enjoyed seeing lots of different examples of the training session and why. The way this was broken down was easily digestible. Also, I like the Excel spreadsheet download. I agree with previous presenters that it might be better to provide a quiz or questions after each smaller section of the training video. Thanks! Look forward to the next course.

Good content for classification of session structural themes and their sub-components. Clear information with visual examples provided. Also, very useful tool given to subjectively calculate "loading". Falls slightly short in the "assessment" stage by breaking the main session video up into it's time sub-components (2-4 min blocks). A quiz, providing the video example with the correct answer after answering the question would be more beneficial.
