We will focus on the three key processes of the Youth Soccer Development – Players Recruitment, Players Development and Players Management, assuming the concept “Academy Players Development as a Production Process”.
After this course you will have the necessary information to be able to understand and lead a “Youth Football Development Process” on your club/Academy.
